361’ Feedback SurveysWhat?
Feedback Surveys provide useful information how managers are seen by others with regards to relevant competencies and behaviors (e.g. leadership, communication, etc.).
The questions/statements of the 361’ feedback survey can be customized to client’s needs (e.g. against leadership standards). The survey will be conducted online with our own tool. Each participant gets a booklet with their results for further action.
