Dipl-Ing. Electrical Engineering / Fachhochschule Dortmund. Certificate as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) / International Coaching Federation (ICF). Certified Trainer, Coach and Speaker of the John Maxwell Team. Fluent in German and English.  
 
Professional Experience
20 years corporate experience in international companies like Siemens AG, KPNQwest and Nokia Siemens Networks, mainly in sales and senior management positions in the IT/Telco industry. Working and living experience in Germany, Malaysia and Indonesia. Last position as Director in Nokia Siemens Network Indonesia, heading a customer service unit with more than 3000 staff and USD 1 bil. revenue per year. Since 2009 owner and director of AsiaLeader, focused on Traning in Leadership / Team Development and Executive Coaching. Stefan is a guest lecturer at the University of Medan (USU) and London School of Public Relations. He is also a regular speaker at diverse radio and TV programs and at corporate events.
 
Focus Working with C-level and second level management as well as executive teams in Indonesia and other countries in South East Asia. As a Trainer focused on Leadership, Communication, Empowerment, Coaching Skills and Team development. As an Executive Coach supporting managers to become better leaders and reach their potential.

At XL heading several Position such as GM in Retail (managing more than 450 Outlets), Sales (managing Distributors and Retailers), Contact Management (Managing Call Center, Customer Service and CRM implementation), Marketing (managing Brand Development, Sales Strategy, Pricing), Human Resources (managing Learning and Development),
For the last 10 years working as Trainer/Facilitator at MarkPlus and AsiaLeader in the following areas: ¨ Sales (Sales Operation, Sales Management, Marketing Strategy, Negotiation Skill, customer loyalty) ¨ Service (Service Excellence, Service Management, Service Strategy, Complain handling) ¨ Management skills (Managing People, Problem Solving , Decision Making, Presentation Skill) ¨ Leadership (basic & advanced)
