A Feedback Survey provides useful information of how employees/managers are seen by others with regards to relevant competencies and behaviors (e.g. leadership, communication, etc.).

 The participants will get
a clear overview about their perceived areas of strength and weakness
a higher level of awareness about the impact of their daily behaviors/habits.
a useful basis for their own personal development plan

 

The content of the feedback survey can be customized to client’s needs (e.g. against leadership standards, etc.). The survey can be conducted online or manually.

3-6 Subordinates

Purpose:
Define status of participants before Coaching or Training

Concept:
Observe & analyze behaviors related to Coaching/Training topics

Format:
 Online
Rating (20-25 statements) + 2-3 open questions

Analysis:
 What is the status of his/her competencies before the start of the development program?
What are the areas of strength and weakness?
Align development plan

 

 
Post-Assessment

3-6 Subordinates

Purpose:
Measure progress of Coaching/Training participants

Concept:
Observe & analyze behaviors related to defined topics

Format:
 Online
Rating (20-25 statements) + 2-3 open questions

Analysis:
 What has changed in his/her behavior since start of the development program?
Where are still gaps?
Recommendations for moving forward
